Have been a member of their monthly maintenance plan for a couple of years now. I love that, unlike their competitors, they actually call to remind you that one of your free annual tune-ups is ready, instead of just taking your money and ignoring you the way the "last company I used" did. Fernando and Dalton came out for my annual AC inspection today, found a minor problem, were straightforward in explaining what was happening and what my options were, and let me make the call on how to proceed. An extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and professional group of people to work with.

My experience with Home Heroes was absolutely fantastic! I called them in the morning with a sump pump issue (my primary went out) and they were out to diagnose and repair the same day. The initial call with Katie was great and she got me scheduled. Then, the service manager, Dan, followed up quickly to discuss the situation prior to the guys (Ben and Justin) heading out. Dan, Ben, and Justin were top notch! They answered my hundreds of questions and were extremely patient and informative while helping me understand my options. Additionally, they were VERY professional and treated my home very well. I could not be more pleased with them (and Home Heroes) and my decision to contact them for help. Well done, Team! I recently had a new water softener installed by “Hero,” and I’m very satisfied with their service. Faron was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. The installation was done quickly and neatly.

In addition to installing the water softener, he also replaced my old garbage disposal with a new one and fixed a leaking bathtub. He kindly explained how to properly use and maintain the equipment as well.

The office staff was very polite on the phone, and I believe their customer service and follow-up support are excellent. What I especially appreciate is that Hero provides both plumbing and HVAC services, so I can get everything taken care of at once. I’m very happy with their overall service and highly recommend them.

I called 2 other companies before calling Home Heroes. The other 2 could not get to our home til after 1:00. I called Home Heroes and John was at my door by 9:30. We needed a new furnace to be installed and Home Heroes had it to us and installed by the next day.

I had a great experience with Home Heroes. They installed a new furnace and air conditioner. The guys were quick, kind and informative. Their prices were great and I felt at ease throughout the whole process I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC or plumbing. Best in Noblesville hands down! After doing much research I chose Home Heroes for our plumbing needs. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I've made. I was extremely pleased. Ben came to our home and gave us a very detailed estimate on what was needed and an approximate figure what it would cost. Ben, Derrick and Ty arrived in time on the day and time as scheduled. They were all very professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable . They provided me much information and then followed through with the repairs. The job came in near what we had been quoted with minor adjustments for a few extra items that we decided to add to our original list. We saved about $2,000 from all the other bids we had received. The job was completed on time and was completed in a day and a half. They left the work areas in a very clean condition.
P.S. A week later we had a minor problem. Home Heroes was here within the day. fixed it. I am extremely pleased with them and would highly recommend their services.

I had an AC issue where the coils were freezing causing it to drip a lot of water inside my furnace. I also had an issue with my water sensor was not properly turning off my system when it triggered. They came out right away, diagnosed and fixed both issues the same day! Would highly recommend! Great work!

My front office area's AC stopped working about a week ago we contacted the original company that installed our unit years ago and they quoted us for a new blower and a few other things. We waited a week for them to get back out to us with no response. We then contacted home hero and spoke to Ashley whom was super helpful and was able to get us on the books NEXT DAY!! The tech Fernando was able to come out and we did not even need any of the extensive work that was originally quoted to us completed, he was able to get our AC unit back up and going in no time!
